One Battle let’s go!

Rokkor X

I need one of my channels to react to One Battle. Such an intense movie.

Paul Cox

I've only seen two of the full list of best picture nominees (Sinners and Train Dreams), but I'm hoping One Battle wins here because I'd love to check it out for the first time with you guys.

Allen S.

All 6 of these made my top 10 films of the year.

Gary

Frankenstein all day long. All of Guillermo del Toros films are excellent. You would love his cinematography. - Nightmare Alley, The shape of Water are my two favourites.

Paul Cox

(Probably wanna change the title of this to 2025 Best Picture Nominees btw)

EdmanXERO

I literally waited to watch OBAA till you guys did. lol I hope it wins.

Tyler Foster

The PTA I *really* want is Inherent Vice, but I'll take OBAA.

Steve Mercier

Frankenstein was absolutely amazing (love Guillermo Del Toro), but Yorgos Lanthimos and Emma Stone have once again done it (at least...for my money) with Bugonia. Still haven't seen One Battle After Another or the others on here.

Birdie Num Num

Curious, why didn't you include the other 3 nominees? Obviously you've seen Sinners, but have you already seen F1, Train Dreams and The Secret Agent?

penoyer79

Bugonia blew my mind. loved every frame of that movie. I couldn't even finish One Battle After Another. I just didn't get it. At all. Aside from Boogie Nights I cant stand PT Anderson movies. blech.

TBR Schmitt

I actually have no idea why these weren’t on the list I looked at on Google! The only other nominee listed was Sinners which we watched on the channel so I didn’t realize the list was short these films -Sam

Paul Cox

In the end it doesn't matter, because this was probably always going to come down to a Frankenstein/Bugonia/OBAA shoot out anyway. But do watch Train Dreams when you want to think about life on a Sunday evening.

Ravi S

Sentimental Value and Hamnet were my top two films of last year, so hoping either of them win

Look out, Arbogast!

If "One Battle After Another" wins, I'm hoping another Paul Thomas Anderson film has momentum for the next poll or viewing which would be "Punch-Drunk Love". Hope you guys watch that one someday, it's an Adam Sandler/PTA joint you'd never expect!

Tyler Foster

I'm rooting for Inherent Vice and Magnolia, but I would definitely also love PDL, Phantom Thread, Hard Eight, and I'd take the opportunity to finally re-watch The Master. Only Licorice Pizza wouldn't be as exciting.

Shehab Dawoud

I excpected One battle to win but I'm a bit surprised it's leading by that much. I'm happy with it though, I thought Frankenstein was wildly overrated. A good film but I don't see the masterpiece that so many others see.

Vincent Hollow

Geez, I'm gonna have to do a single month subscription to Nutflix just to watch Frankenstein since I don't expect the physical media to be available soon.

UNC

We need a Phantom Thread reaction!

Is there a way to see a list of all your Full Movie reactions?

Thank you

Eugene

I’ve only seen One Battle & Bugonia but both are worth a watch.
