Tropic Thunder (2008) First Time Watching! Full Movie Reaction!!

Comments

Tristan Durant

Tom Cruise, Jack Black, and RDJ are still funny as hell in this film.

Scott CineRam

I don't normally see the full-length reactions from you in my feed, I don't think I'm in that tier. Has the tier changed?

dieselbeast

You couldn't make this movie today 🤦😂

Mike Adams

Teacher you didn't assign us any homework!

MikeLL

Anyone got the skinny on whether this is the theatrical or extended?

OddThomas

Not a fan of this 'comedy' tbh

MikeLL

Thank you, my brother. 😎

Philip Davetas

I love how TBR knows what's coming and Sam is totally conserned. Specifically, the panda scene.

Rue

This is one of my most favorite comedies of all time, I think. RDJ is just brilliant and I totally agree about Matthew McConaugnahey and Tom Cruise. Every single scene and line of dialogue is most likely a roast for something Ben (or his co-author) went through or heard about from a friend. It definitely comes off as salty as hell but in a way that absolutely makes sense lol

Philip Davetas

Oh. You guys did TRUE DETECTIVE? Man, I want to see those! Ben Stiller's ZOOLANDER movies are fun. "I'm a LEAD farmer, motherfucker!" * SOMETHING ABOUT MARY is awesome. Not directed by Stiller. The Farrelly Bros. However, the Farrelly Bros. flicks are pretty good. Especially, ME, MYSELF & IRENE.

Steve Mercier

Who in CRIKEY FUCK is Half-Squat!?

Jen Barnes

Ben Stiller has directed some really great movies. Besides Severance, which is amazing, you should check out The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2013) and Reality Bites (1994).

Reed James

I'd watch Tom Cruise in a Les Grossmen movie.

TBR Schmitt

That's okay! Not every movie is everyone's taste :) -Sam

TBR Schmitt

We did Season 1, so far! Hahaha we have seen Zoolander! Thanks for the recommendations! -Sam

TBR Schmitt

Thank you for the recommendations! -Sam

ill never forget watching this at an army school on break. Half were laughing hard, and half weren't laughing at all. 😂 I think you may have missed how much they copy war movies like platoon, apocalypse now(like ben stiller loosing his mind), Rambo, etc. Classic.

kbobravo

You didn't recognize the Al Pacino thing because that guy listing off Pacino movies was only in the Director's Cut.

kbobravo

Loved the reaction. Also, this has nothing to do with anything, but I would highly recommend I Love You, Man if you haven't seen it. Probably both my favorite Paul Rudd and Jason Segal movie. One of the best comedies of the last 20 years.

Flyin Hawaiian

Another awesome reaction! One of my favorite parts of this movie is how nobody remembers Kevin's name. They just keep calling him variations of Sandusky (Sarduchi, Sarkowski, McClusky, Blamtucky) hilarious.

ATrain 23

Hey Daniel and Sam, first I want to say I love yalls reactions. Second, I want to recommend yall watch the Underworld movie franchise. I think yall would enjoy them. Thank you for the selection yall have made so far. I really enjoy watching along with yall guys. 😃💯❤️

Jim Frykman

Au contraire! It's all in the execution of the content!

Jim Frykman

I stand corrected, I forgot about the M&M grenade

Will Zamora

Ben Stiller directed The Cable Guy(1996) with Jim Carrey

Dee Aitch

Some reactors go the entire movie without recognizing Tom Cruise. Sam got it from a half second flash on the screen.
