The Dead Pool (1988) First Time Watching! Full Movie Reaction!!

Comments

Tyler Roth

One of the best Jim Carrey movies!!! :)

Florian Meier

Great That you watched now all 5 ;) My Personal Ranking is 1,2,4,3 and then 5!!! But all are great to watch, what a Perfect Series!! Love also the Car Chase Scene in this one!! For the Next Clint Eastwood i strongly Recommend "Play Misty For Me" from 1971!!! Also i Recommend "Million Dollar Baby", "In The Line Of Fire", "A Perfect World" "The Gauntlet", "Escape From Alcatraz","Tightrope" and so on...:)

Mr. Writhms

Sam & Dan, this was at the beginning of Jim Carrey's career. He was on the TV comedy series "In Living Color" in the early 90s. Until "Ace Ventura" (1994) he only played small parts in movies.

dieselbeast

where's ryan reynolds?! 🤷‍♂️ 😂 lol jk this isn't that dead pool

OddThomas

This was always my favourite because I saw it as a kid. It's so much fun. You have to admit, that toy car chase is pretty original

OddThomas

If you want a wild Liam Neeson film, check out Darkman, Sam Raimi's first superhero film! Frances McDormand is in it too!

FischerMax98

Maybe check out "The Rookie" from 1990. Not a Dirty Harry film, but could have been. Clint Eastwood and Charlie Sheen.

OddThomas

One of the best movie explosions of all time

Brent bmc_comix

So much fun!! Awesome to close out another series with you guys!! 😁

Ken Veader

A Perfect World (1993) w/ Clint Eastwood and Kevin Cosner is great film, worth checking out

you need to watch [ The Gauntlet ] next or [ Every Which way but Loose.

Mr. Writhms

Liam Neeson with the ponytail... So before Qui-Gon Jinn was a Jedi, he was a movie director? 😁

Ed R

You guys missed the cameo by Guns N Roses at the funeral. They are standing in the second row.

Mr. Chumpus

This can't be a dirty Harry movie, his partner survived

Ron

I would also like to recommend The Gauntlet as a nice coda to the Harry Trilogy series. Also, Every Which Way But Loose and Any Which Way You Can are a fun diversion for Clint. (You can tell he was having a lot of fun with this.)

Kyle

Well I know what I suggest after that discussion on where this movie was in Jim Carrey's career. Not that it's very well received, but I'm fond of it anyway and would be remiss not to bring it up - Once Bitten (1985), Jim Carrey's first starring role in a movie. If not on the channel, at least in your own free time if you haven't seen it.

Sergeant Pepper

Just saw the funeral scene - you didn't notice Guns n Roses??? (I'm officially old now)

ShadowVessel π

I hadn't seen this in years. It was better this time around. Thanks for the reason for a rewatch ☺️
