Matt O'Keefe

Wargames!!!-good choice Pete!

Alex

Yay! Wargames!

Samolina Pilchard

WarGames! Excellent! That was the movie that got me into computers and IT , all those years ago.

EdmanXERO

Every time I hear "War Games" I think of William Regal from WWE. XD Congrats, pete! I'll keep trying for my pick next month until it happens!

John W Foster

Hey! I saw my name on the wheel this month! Congrats Pete - War Games is a great choice!

Athos Count de la Fère

After Wargames came out, there was movement in the government to hold hackers accountable. In 1983, hacking was not illegal. Hard to believe nowadays.

Mr. Writhms

Alright, Pete! Good choice!

MacGuffinStuff

Nice, that movie has aged surprisingly well, great pick.

Chris Bruneau

Congrats Pete! Good choice, with a VERY young Matthew Broderick!!!

Jen Barnes

Congrats Pete, can't go wrong with an 80s movie.

Jeffrey Miller

WarGames is a pretty fun flick, I approve.

Guston Zimasheen

Congratulations Pete. WarGames brings back so much nostalgia for me. The baby talk for the draw really enhanced the video too. Love it!

Skyler Thomas

Awesome selection Pete! So thrilled at this one

Mr. Chumpus

Rudy Hernandez missed it by a hair. I feel your pain

Charles Mitchell

Pete, Great Choice... I look forward to it!!!

john francis

i saw War Games when i was 11 years old ... it freaked me out lol , then I asked Santa for a computer so I could be like Matthew Broderick. fun times :)

Paul Cox

War Games holds up better than a lot of other movies from 1983. Disappointed not to win, but the cute baby feets take some of the sting out of it 👶

pete

Yes! It is my choice, hope everybody enjoys the film. I was going to choose Taps(1981), but some people may not like the ending.

Alex

I think it's a great choice and one of the ones I really wanted them to watch. Thought for sure it would come soon after Ferris Bueller's Day Off but never happened.

Opie Wan

Yes, I would like to play a game.

Mr. Chumpus

Don't second guess yourself. I look forward to watch it again. It's been many years

chris brown

Good choice, It's one of my fav 80s movies and I like to think it's an alternate version to ******(ops don't want to give anything away)

OddThomas

Another great movie by the same director: Short Circuit

Smooticus

Keeping with Paris, Texas for the next drawing

Smooticus

I was 14 when Wargames came out, and it was one of the few movies from the early 80's that treated computers and related tech in an intelligent and somewhat believable way, instead of the "computers = magic" trope we were being fed at the time

Erich Bomke

WarGames is an absolute banger!
