Monthly packs sending out, but the site is being weird again about sorting people into the latest tier they're subscribed to when sorting users in bulk. For example, if you were on the $12 tier and downgraded to the $3 tier between the day you subscribed and today, the messaging system might have sent you the message intended for the $3 tier.
