I grew up and went to school with Judah Smith and his wife, Chelsea, the pastors of Churchome… we were all part of the same mega church and we were family friends, etc. (I’ll forever be recovering from that)🫣. I am only admitting this on the Patreon for obvious reasons 😬 but this entire convo is hitting home with me… the mega church, the church camp, the youth groups, the gross hypocrisy - it’s a LOT to unpack 😏

"capitalism is not the problem" is such a surprising-not-at-all-expected take from a rich woman who is profiting from capitalism. Same with saying Trump was necessary; I've only ever heard straight white men say that, i.e., people who didn't have to worry about any of the danger or hate coming their way from his presidency. I've never really listened to Lana much or knew much about her so this was...very illuminating lmao.

This is way old but I did a show in September of 2020 and had to wear plastic masks they are super uncomfortable and hard to breath in but mine did have a filter on them so I don't know about hers. I would rather wear a beautiful fabric mask rather than a plastic one ever again.
