Also I think Presley was in the Mean video too. I think she was the waitress in the star outfit saving up for college

To me the Mine interpolation in I Can See You means that it's also a daydream/partly fictionalized - I keep getting the image of kids in boarding school, which is again not true to her experience. Also there's a very interesting video going around where ashley tisdale says taylor told her directly that she never wrote a song about their mutual ex (Martin)

Have you guys seen the tik toks about turning off Spotify/Apple Music volume normalizing/smoothing etc.? It really helped with some of the tracks that sounded weird and a little off.

I’ve seen theories that Joey King is dressed as Liz. Liz wears suits, notably a red one in a music vid predating IBYTAM where she interrupts a wedding and kisses the blonde bride. In 2010 liz tweeted from Kansas City about laughing in the quick change room backstage.

Electric touch and treacherous yes I swear the Martin Johnson story is longer than we think lol

what i will say

liz had a serious and real boyfriend for most of her time with taylor i'm a skeptic of that ship (tho open to a fling or hook up i guess)

Lisabelle

I’d love a Stoneswift rerun!

I’m really hung up on the Martin Johnson of it all. It really seems to track (no pun intended)

Anna

Would love to revisit stoneswift. Taylor saying she wrote enchanted about meeting someone in New York for the first time after they had been emailing and then Emma later telling someone else that they emailed before they ever hung out and their first public hang out session being in New York had always made me hope enchanted was about her. But the addition of when Emma falls in love confirms it for me idk
