You'll find out as you listen why it's so important to me ♡

Christmas can be the best... but also the worst period of the year for some... so I feel like it's the perfect time to talk about it.

Note: there are brief mentions of depression & suicide, so if those topics are triggering for you, please do not listen.

I would love to know your thoughts below :D

christmas can be like the airport, like it can be the saddest or happiest place.

This hit home…thank you for this. It’s nice to know that there’s others out there who understand the struggle of mental health as a man who always told to “suck it up”. Be there for your friends and love ones. Ask “how are ya doing today?” And really ask. Don’t take “I’m fine” as a answer. Sit down and listen, or even just give them a hug. Sometimes all ya need is a hug and someone tell you it’s gonna be ok. I nearly cried listening to this cause it hit so close to home. Thank you 🤍🤍🤍

I completely agree with your statements. I have played American football at a collegiate level and i was trained to ignore those feelings. If i didn’t have feelings of inadequacy, i would just take it out on the next player or play. I undetstood that this method is not real life and it took me over 8-10 years to undo that mindset. Allure, what i love about your content is that your talk to the males with kindness to their inner greatness if you will. I recognize the context of some audios are in hot passion but many men don’t even get the acknowledgment of their significant others in the moments of intimacy. For men to come to their significant others as fully themselves in confidence, it’s so freeing. As I reflect during the Christmas holidays, i wonder if some people understood that giving the men in their lives the gift of affirmation, gratefulness and encouragement would do SO much more than anything material.

Merry Christmas, Allure. Some of us get lucky because our workplace provides mental health resources, but there are many more that don't have this luxury. Conversations like these do a lot to help. I also make it a point to tell people to make sure they get friends who will listen and be there, especially when things hit the fan. Thanks a lot for doing this.

a bit late to this, but I wanted to thank you for making this, this year has been quite literally one of the worst years in my life, my mental health took a nose dive and it wasn’t until last month when I started to take my mental health seriously, since then i’ve gotten off of nicotine and lessened the amount of weed/drug and alcohol consumption. when you mentioned the part of us growing up with fathers that told us to not cry or not be pussy or to “Man Up” that really hit home with me, my pops never really taught my brothers and I how to really talk about our feelings or that they even mattered in the first place, but of course i’ve been trying my best to talk more about my feelings (even tho I kinda suck at it) and to not keep everything bottled up, going into the new year I plan to continue working on my mental health as well as encouraging friends and family to do the same, but I really do appreciate you making this and talking about it.

I am very late to the 'party' (plus ca change) but I wanted to comment on a slightly different tack. I could write an essay but will spare you and your other fans, so let me just say that - for me when going through difficult times - just hearing your soothing voice and completely liberated attitude to sex and sensuality makes me so happy. Hard to explain exactly, but it's therapeutic being in your company via your audios. I'm not sure how many people will accept this, but being freed of the shackles of fake opprobrium towards anything sexual (18+ of course) is liberating for the soul. We are here to love others, and to love ourselves if possible, and being open and sharing about sex is a doorway to living life better. Thank you so much Allure for your service to humankind.
