Small bug fix for 0.18.3 (Ema pregnancy) (Patreon)

Hello,This is a small bug fix for version 0.18.3. It will fix the bug where Ema gets pregnant with the second child and gives birth, but the game doesn't register the child, causing a loop where Ema gets pregnant, chat with James, she gives birth, but no child is registered, and the cycle repeats.Just overwrite the 2 files into your game folder.
