I have no idea how I'm going to animate this lol. Ah, but that's a problem for future Keith to figure out.

mr stack your animation pipeline is truly... unique. is there a particular reason you color in your keys before. uh. knowing how youre going to animate something

It's just the process I know from having worked at Augenblick Studios for, like, 14 years. Which, in turn, is based on the process MTV Animation used for shows like Daria. I know a lot of productions nowadays don't even do a layout phase. But a lot of productions do a lot of things I find silly, like overly animated storyboards, etc. I like the thumbs > boards > layout > animation pipeline, where you figure out the big stuff up top, and then just continue polishing it over and over.
