Skaligar (Patreon)

Skaligar is an extreme city, located in an extremely cold region and surrounded by frozen mountains and enormous icebergs. Its population is mainly composed of warrior navigators, and security towers have been built all around the perimeter of the city's inner coast, making it a city that is unlikely to be attacked, and if attacked, it is very easily defended.
