18Titans v.1.1.4 - early access (Patreon)

Edit:  1.1.4 fixes Batarangs not properly working in 1.1.3  (only the batarangs)

Hey all,  a few people were getting stuck in Teen Tower immediately after Raven's date.  At first I had no idea how that could happen, but then I noticed you could take Raven out on a date during the day which is what caused the progress lock.

I removed that bug and added some retroactive fixes. So if you are one of the few people who couldn't progress pass that point, it shouldn't be a problem anymore in this version. 

Ps, if you can visit Pantha and lose to her(thus forcing night to occur) you can also bypass the bug without needing to download this version.

I also took the opportunity to fix a few graphical glitches and add some dialogue during battles when you can't use items against certain enemies(this introduced a new bug with the Batarangs which is why 1.1.4 was needed!)

No new Blackfire scene this time... I must remain strong 😭 But great to get back to 18titans, I was really missing it. Nice update with lots to do. The Kitten stuff was a surprise fun. I hope there can be more with that story thread because it was very funny. I assume it's impossible to beat Slade's apprentice since I DID beat him and he pulled a JRPG story boss on me and fully healed. One improvement I could see that was very useful in FET was when you added the Pre-load screen to let you know the game was loading in the background, so you don't open multiple windows. A possible bug I ran into, I could no longer collect my $5 allowance in the room anymore - not sure what triggered it. I tried to collect after talking with Terra about our payments. I also noticed a few typos, but left my note elsewhere so I'll dm you when I get to it again. Can't wait for more though 😁

You can beat Slade's apprentice, he has just one smoke bomb and one adrenaline shot. But there's no reward so you might as well let yourself be beaten. Pre load screen IS a good idea! I didn't add it because it loaded fast enough for me to not really notice, but regardless, good suggestion! The allowance should be automatic from this build forward. I got bored with having to do it manually and there was no real reason for it to remain a manual thing which is why I changed it. I also noticed typo's. Typically whenever I finish uploading a build they "uncloak" : ) but I'll be happy with whatever you can send me. Thanks for your feedback!

Alright, usually I don't need any help, but for some reason I cant get the date with Raven to work. During the day Robin says he has no idea, but I already got cyborgs advice. Tried checking every area, but couldn't find anything.

Alright, nevermind. Just realized the wait until night is not wait until evening. I thought it was strange we would wait till evening when it already was dark.

Maybe changing the wording to something like "Wait till after midnight" would make it more clear?

I'm a little surprised we can't bring Kitty to the holding cells. Little bit of a missed opportunity in my opinion. Also, maybe another pinup gets put for sale for Robins room, although I don't know who. Also, maybe we can help Cyborg train to go against Pantha so he can get some? I feel bad for the guy.

Maybe in exchange for helping cyborg train, he can give the player character some crazy sex tools that could be used on the other characters

Cyborg can get some "relief" by helping robin with Jinx, but don't worry about Cyborg too much, I won't let him be without some forever! I have to admit it has never crossed my mind to put Kitten in the holding cells. I wanted to use her and Fang for a more "soft ntr" kind of experience.

Any plans to include moaning during sex scenes? You've done like coughing for blowjob scenes but coughing kinda turns me off. Would love to have some moans happening during scenes!

So with the main story frame being that you are working for Slade, are there any tentative plans for the clone to reveal that to Terra? And building off that, will the clone try and event convert everyone to working for Slade or something else? Obviously you don't need to reveal anything that'd be a spoiler, this is probably more along the lines of thinking aloud.

I seem to be having a problem with the invasion of sladebots, I can only check on beastboy, starfire, and cyborg. I don't get any more dialogue when talking to BB or star. how do i progress from here? it seems like my save got bricked.

Hey Walter, did you already try to get to the roof after seeing BB and Star? You should be able to open that door in the room with a telescope.

I usually keep my story cards very close to my chest, but the robin clone is basically thrust into a situation with not life experience and just goes along at first with whatever he's told, since he doesn't know any better, but over time he'll have the opportunity to find his own "moral" compass.

Kinda concerned that using the same moaning makes it feel weird. But I'll give it a try. My biggest problem is that currently repeated sounds during animation ALWAYS go out of sync sooner or later.

There seems to be a bug, I have a lot of items when talking to shady, but none during battle.

In some of the fights you're not allowed to use tools, like with Raven, Terra and the Wrestling lady. Train against other enemies (that light boy is good for money) until you reach your peak level, then try again.

What's supposed to happen is for you to see two Slade bots on the roof which Raven will defeat. Afterwards you'd have a short conversation with her and would be able to meet the other Titans in the living room... Not certain why that didn't happen for you, but I'll check it out and see if I can figure out where things went off rails and if I can retroactively fix it in a next version. I might dm you some more questions later.

It's just like IdarksoulsI already explained, but I think I can make it more clear by maybe removing the item buttons during the fight or change the mc's dialogue to "I agreed not to use these during this fight."

When the robots attack I've visited every possible place in the tower and only found Star and Beast - anyone know how to move the story forward?

Hey Jason, what happens when you're in the observatory(telescope room) and try to go out on the roof? Also, is it day or night in the tower? EDIT: I think I found the problem and fixed it in version 1.1.3

I am having some problems with my Batarangs, I have 4 of them but when I go into battle and try to use them Robin will say " I have none" is this a bug?

Yeah I know you can use items with the raven and terra fight, but it also does it with the regular fights as well.

Probably something which snuck in with my latest update. I really need to stop trying to shove in more than just the fixes for known problems. I'll go take a look what's up with the batarangs. EDIT: Ah yeah a bug introduced in my attempt to add more than just a bugfix last time in 1.1.3 Should not be a problem anymore in 1.1.4

Go to the library and learn about electronics. That should give you the needed skill to hotwire it to suit your own needs.

After clearing out the junk room, how do I get terra to move it? I feel like I've spoken to everyone I can about it but I'm not finding an option that leads to that.

I think you should get her a communicator from Cyborg. Oh and probably defeat her once if you haven't already.

Hey so I just got a new computer. Is there anyway to keep all my progress. I’d have to completely change versions cause I had a Mac and now I’m going to windows.

Hi alex, quite a change! Anyway, save files on a mac are located here ~/Library/RenPy/Avatar Harem. They typically look like this "1-2-LT" copy/paste the bunch to a folder called "game/saves" within the FET folder on your windows pc and you should have most of them. I say most, because there's another place which goes a bit beyond a comment to explain. Send me a dm for more help if required.
