Boy oh boy was there a lot to get stuck into this week with all of this new UA... Some we like... Some we did not. But all we discuss, all 3 halflings get stuck into what these changes could mean to the future of 5e and... rangers maybe don't suck now??!

It seems like it would make more sense to give inspiration on a nat one than a nat 20. It'd be more learning from the failure than adding success on success.

To be fair though, nothing really changed. The basic idea is still if the dm asks you not to roll it means they don't want that thing to happen.

It seems that they are taking a lot of inspiration from Pathfinder (which is 3.5 or whatever) and from SW5e, which sounds promising, because I love how those systems allow such crunchy customization of characters.
