The Cold At The Heart Of The Light Chp. 4 (Patreon)

Yes, Meg continues to be played by Milla Jovovich. No, this is not because I don't know any other action heroine actresses. Yes, it is because I love Milla Jovovich. Also she has red hair. I used to picture Meg as Scully when I first created her, but Gillian Anderson doesn't have that quality of being hyperkinetic, like you can imagine her jumping on tables and doing leaps and kicks and stuff.

Anyway. I did not meet my Nano goals, but I did get within shouting distance of the end of the chapter by Nov. 30, and it is now done.

I feel as if the quality of this entire book is lower than my fanfic, but I am refusing to do anything about it until it's all done. If I spend all my time rewriting the draft I'll never move forward.
