one fun little detail I really like is how Magnus'es magic isn't blue anymore, it's yellow/gold now because of Lorenzo! and in the books it says that the color of a warlock's magic is a personal choice, Magnus apparently tried different colors at some point, but blue always felt "right" for him 😌

Speaking about The uncut reaction warning what your about to see is blurred censored because someone is sleeping in bed completely naked with roses and candles they are kissing French kissing they are pouring the wine light the fire in the fireplace they’re throwing they’re clothes on the floor in the Versace’s on the floor plus they’re kissing in the shower they’re kissing in the bathtub like mommy and daddy in the shower plus it contains explicit content that contains sexuality nudity graphic violence drugs alcohol exploitation pedophilia drama horror thriller comedy live action action pack thriller adventure viewer description and parental description is advised

This is again an episode that feels like a set up for future events. Shadowhunters are very good with world building and every now and again you have an episode that is not too exciting but lays the building blocks for future episodes. I love Head of the Institute Alec when he lifts his brows and leans in to give his warning in a lower tone. He did the same with Aldertree. ❤️
