Here in Australia our tax time is June July. We usually have big sales going on around then, the EOFY (End of financial year) Sales.

Okay so we are now obligated to stay so you can get some back xD well staying anyway. I do Airbnb and always try to plan for the taxes but in the end 2025 taxes will still hit
