I know your not a dub guy, but this weeks dub is something else. Also, why not have this order, who knows, maybe a normal in the middle gives you a thought that the cousin is the only odd one

the are two really funny manga panels that this episode really didn't do justice. Chapter 65. they're blatant one piece references so there might've been legal issues due to how the appear.

Long time reader of the series, I don't recall her talking like that but my guess is they are giving her a Kansai accent which is the region that is in Kyoto vs most anime characters which tend to talk with a Tokyo accent which is what most anime watchers are used to. Kansai is a bit more rural than Tokyo or the Kanto region. When translated either in dub or subbed they typically give them a slighty country accent not necessarily a strict southern one. Another good example is in Fire Force, when they go to the Chinese Peninsula and Juggernaut who is from there starts talking more country cause his partents are farmers
