Yeah the Grimoire of Mammon is a crazy power she has. It also explains why their carriage was (mostly) empty in episode 3. But as crazy as her Grimoire of Mammon is, the fact she hid the true nature of her Divine Artifact to the Kingdom is the reason why she had to borrow money to Lucas. She didn't store any money inside. She badly used that Grimoire and see where it went...

So the crown prince is breaking international law. Because he wants to be a wannabe strong man that should deserve respect for his strong action. As a way to cover up for his own incompetence! Now this reminds me of a certain orange leader🗿

I like that part of having lots of supplies for wartime. As big part of Tanya story is about getting supplies to the frontlines. Where they are needed

I don't care if Rosaria becomes our ally... I just want her to live because of that sass.

Thankfully, in this episode stuff actually happens. It feels like there's some scenes cut though... like between the reports of the Kingdom of Sarjas's forces. It feels like there should be a couple days between.

Treating the vassal states of parasites for asking for support? I sense that the prince is going to get himself in even deeper crap. Good for Elisabeth. As one says, "never interrupt your enemy when they are making a mistake." Gonna be honest, with the way the prince didn't even come up with that military accomplishment thing and had to get it from that merchant, I thought Ellie had planned it. But apparently, it was a surprise for her? "I'm just glad she's on our side!" This is THE quote to represent this anime.

Speaking of the world burning because of the MC being betrayed, they talk at some point about the world itself. The conversation between the Prince, Sylvia and the merchant Chris talks about products coming from the Eastern Continent... meaning there are at least 2 continents in this world. Detail, but am I weird to think Chris is the most beautiful woman we've seen so far in the series ? There are already so many characters in the series and the side characters are drawn like they were the main characters (and it's also one of the few characters whose original design comes from the Manga...).

She's too smart to lower herself to committing war crimes for her revenge. Not saying she isn't going to make everyone who she feels betrayed her suffer, she is, but she will be smart about it and maybe even get them to thank her for it.
