The anime show that you wanted to watch already is out there. It’s called Parallel World Pharmacy and was about a researcher of new medicine. Getting reborn into a world where the medical science was centuries away from our time. So it was awesome to see him treat diseases with modern knowledge and cure otherwise incurable sickness. It did air during the summer of 2022 so a bit sad that you did sleep on it

Also to answer your question about the teleport circle potentially being used for invasions. Well that would be hard as the reason for why they can only take a limited amount of people each time is to prevent that. As such a circle is a bottle neck, so if the opponent find it out. They could easily be stopped. Then Rosemyne’s highbeast can change size. But the larger she has it the more mana it will need to fly. Just like a small car take less fuel to drive then a mini buss

Ill take a peak someday to see if its as good as the idea in my head

Yeah grandpa is such a softie when it comes to Rosemyne. Which is the opposite of him in battle where he can really be a beast of an knight (think mountain from Games of Thrones)

I would recommend the show, just because of the description you gave. Where you wanted a show to be educational and science based about medicine. In a isekai fantasy world

Another one is: "I Used High-Level Medicine To Counter Magic", this is more of "transported into another world style one"... but god damn the medicine explanations are hard... also very visceral manga due to the details of the operations... wonderful show.. hopefully it will get a god adaptation...

yes. she can change it from kiddie go-cart for inside the palace. to Pandabus to hold a half dozen people and cargo.
