From Volume 6 (S2 Cour 2): Guy is pronounced Ghee because the name is based on the screams of his victims, Raine is named after the rain of blood of the victims and Mizeri is named after their misery. === Guy has no right to call Testarossa proud.

Interesting thing to note is that they went with the light novel scene for the guy crimson and diablo meeting and talking here. In the manga guy crimson finds out from diablo first about the other three primordials getting names before mizeri informs him of blanc the white primordial receiving the name of testerossa.

There is a pretty good reason why Guy is pronounced Ghee. Though we won’t get that exact reason until next season. Even with this being a 5 Cour season.

Guy being pronounced Ghee is irl because it's a French name that is pronounced that way. It's a pretty common one too. Or rather, that is the reason why the author chose Guy as the way the name is when written in latin letters.
