I enjoyed the added material (everything to do with Granvillee's past). Kind of surprised everything but Chronoa is apparently resolved, but not disappointed.

Man this fight makes a power scaling debate I saw look crazy So someone tried to use Hajime having a hard time fighting the cockroach as a way to say Hajime is gun level fodder and Gobta beats Hajime but as we seen in this episode Shion had a hard time fighting a Beetle as well Honestly I don't disagree with Gobta beating Hajime just his argument to why doesn't work when a character stronger than Gobta had the same issue But you seen Slime fans glazed these characters each season too the point that when they finally have trouble fighting they complain about it

Gotta say, this is one of the few places where I really like Yenpress’s translation of something. They translated “Insects” as “Insectors” which sounds dumb on the surface, but no matter how they look, Razul’s whole species are really not in any way even remotely related to regular insects. It’s spoilers what exactly they are and how they came about, but you can kind of think of them as sitting closer on the chart of things to the Spirits/Angels/Demons trifecta then anywhere else.

I'm still pissed at Rimuru. Ermagawd how do I communicate with a soul, lol? You dumb MF, you just did that with Gaia not a month ago. You literally invaded an astral body and then stole the soul out of it. Arguably that's more advanced than communicating with it. C'mon man, stop farming for the camera. It's like he knows he's in a TV show. But also, lol, Chloe set Luminus up with the idea that she'd be sleeping inside of Chronoa, which made her assume that Hinata would be in there as well and then she told Rimuru this last episode. But to no one's surprise, no one's home but Chronoa. I'm so happy this is going to be the climax. I'm literally praying that they handle it right. I thought for sure that we'd be at the Eastern empire at this point in the season, but I'm so happy that we're not yet. They did such a good job so far. I hope they don't trip at the end.

That 'friend' of Gran called Razul looks A LOT like a Guyver armor. In fact, he looks so similar I am almost certain that is the inspiration behind his design. *time skip* I just looked it up. I can't confirm whether that's the inspiration, but... apparently this character is called Guyver by many fans, so I'm far from the only one who thinks that. I should rewatch Guyver again sometime. Awesome classic.
