dont respond with obvious stuff ill cover that is popular like Apothecary diaries, let me know your 1-3 shows you'd really like to see that you're already excited for!

I did like 27 or something this past season (we aint doing that again lmao) so ill be more picky this time around to not burn myself out, but ill choose a good batch that I and the masses will enjoy

Comments

Didrik Svahn

I will only leave one show here to recommend which is ITEM. As that show should get as much cover and popularity as possible. So that we may get more Index. Plus the trailer looks very awesome. So can barely wait until we get to see their girls in actions. As I have heard such good things from the source readers

AH Brandon Reviews

it's currently a maybe prolly gonna wait a week or two see how many truly want it cause im pretty sure itll end up like a 10 year last stand with a small audience for me but we will see but these are the kinds of request I want so I know what smaller shows are on the table

Teeironor

I doubt it will be safe for YouTube, but "I'm dating a Dark Summoner" is genuinely gold, having read the manga 😅

Davlen

While I hope for zero believers, I’m not sure what to suggest yet myself

Xtreme Gaming

Would also recommend as I am a big Toaru fan.

Didrik Svahn

This is the only (new/smallish) show that I would honest care about your choosing to watch. After that it does not matter much to me whatever your choices to watch. But I have heard that this show could go viral for its clips on sites like TikTok. Plus Toaru fans have not gotten a new show for 6 years. So they are pretty likely to show up. Combined that with how this show is the perfect way to get into Toaru. As you need not to have watched the other shows. This show have some great potential hopefully

AH Brandon Reviews

that looks fun for an OVA (assume itll lead to a full series eventually)

Gun Bunny

The only one that I don't remember you mentioning as being on your watch list that looks intriguing to me is Tank Chair. The trailer gave me "goofy premise taken so seriously it's awesome" vibes, kind of like Tojima Wants to be a Kamen Rider, or the utterly ridiculous Bang Brave Bang Bravern from a couple years ago. Still praying you get to that one someday.

AH Brandon Reviews

im fully convinced you watch that show for an ep then the gimmick loses its fun; I am however welcome to be proven wrong cause the premise is so absurd lmao

Fenyx1

Considering the new adaptation of Magic Knight Rayearth is coming out soon, have you ever considered watching the original?

AH Brandon Reviews

prolly not especially since the new one is coming and it will visually hook me in more

Gun Bunny

Tank Chair? Maybe. Bravern is a full "all bullshit, all the time" anime original from people who clearly love Mecha shows in spite of how ridiculous they can be. Kind of like how 100 Girlfriends and Konosuba treat harem and Isekai respectively.

Vibal

Honestly, I couldn't find a ton of interesting stuff this new season, but here are two animes I'm interested in: Nia Liston: The Merciless Maiden Romelia War Chronicle And if this inspires you more, I recommend these two from previous seasons: Victoria of Many Faces Champignon Witch

JaMiBu

Well, I don't usually participate in this but I'd like you to check out "The World's Strongest Witch". Whether you check it out or not, I'm fine with it.

Hibiki

I want you to watch the movie Grotesqqque made by Studio CloverWorks. Sadly, we still don't know when it will be coming to streaming services, but if it does, I hope you will watch it. From the trailers, it looks really cool.

AH Brandon Reviews

prolly a year from whenever it was released is a good rule of thumb

papagolfwhiskey

Not sure what's in the new season. I know you're watching Apothecary...Just got back from looking at the fall season. I think most of the ones I'm interested in are ones you've said you're going to watch but here's what I'm watching anyway Reincarnated as a sword. Magic Knight Rayearth -wondering if it's a remake or a sequal. 30 year old anime. Original has a really bad dub. the new Railgun/index spinoff ITEM Jesus that's it for me. Although I'm curious about few more. Maybe if one of the ones you watch sounds interesting I'll give it try.

Kakyou

Tensei shita Daiseijo wa, Seijo de Aru Koto wo Hitakakusu or A Tale of the Secret Saint This is a good fast food Isekai with a nice world building. If they do the pacing right it will end at the arc covered in LN Vol. 4... has dragons in it... and is not your typical power fantasy.

ERIC BARTON

Bodacious Space Pirates. One 26 episode season plus a stand alone movie. Surprisingly hard science fiction. And one the only show I know of that really shows off the terrifying potential of a solar sailer.

Simon Lau

If you're looking for comfy, Flying Witch is your show. Equal parts magical hijinks, Aomori scenery, and slice-of-life comfort.

papagolfwhiskey

I look forward to seeing how they do then.

Exrotes

Psyren Strongest Witch Sgt. Frog

4six

Imma need to check the chart again— But for a quick bite sized watch the Narumi Shorts from kaiju #8 are just stupid silly

FURIOUS The Hip-Hop Sommelier

Watching Aura Battler Dunbine, considered the original isekai although not the first, could be a good counterpoint to the new Rayearth.

FURIOUS The Hip-Hop Sommelier

I’ll be watching 101 donghua/anime in Fall. Beast King War God Dandavine leads the list of new shows I’m keen on. Junket Bank Witch of the holy night The Votoms redo Vertex Force I keen to see what you made of the shows I suggested above. I second Psyren and Tank Chair too.

Pawoof_

- Reborn as a space mercenary - The laid-off cheat-granting mage - Returner's magic should be special 2 🗿⚔️

AH Brandon Reviews

to me this season looks like a lot of B tier and C tier shows so a lot you can have fun with but I expect only a few to truly surprise and be in that amazing category personally

Xetren

Magical Girl Raising Project: Restart should be good, though it is technically a sequel. So I'm not sure where that puts you. I read the light novel a while back and enjoyed it. This is all assuming the adaptation isn't botched, of course. I remember the first season making some questionable decisions on that front. Anyways, that'd be my recommendation.

Talix Rune

Number 1 is The World's Strongest Witch for sure, I've been reading that manga forever and it's amazing, I cannot wait to see how they adapt it, 2 would be So What's Wrong with getting reborn as a Goblin? Also seen alot of that as manga and it was very good. Everything else would be a season 2 or more generic isekai that I don't have any prior knowledge of and can't vouch for, but those 2 anime I have very high confidence in.

wakka866

I have no clue what's out this season. I'm still behind by like 2 seasons lol

Without A Net

I haven’t been following it too much yet. But there is a new Avatar (Seven Havens) I am curious about. And the street fighter movie of course.

SheepReaper

Dark summoner would be fun, depending on how much they tame it down. I mean, they castrated farming life, so I'm not going to write anything off just because it's tagged ecchi. Zombie sounds interesting. Maybe goblin? I don't think I read this one yet, but goblin ones are usually pretty fun. Idk, seems like pickings a light this season. You going to open it up to more non-seasonal? I know I can't pay for any more. As long as you make good on frontier Lord, I'm good, otherwise I'll suggest something that'll tempt the ban hammer. Also there's 4 versions of interspecies reviewers I just learned. I think you could get away with probably the second one on the tame scale. Definitely not the fourth.

BronP

Psyren looks like it could be interesting.

Sancturillore -- Élie Simard-Wallot

Most Hyped for that I have read the source material of: #1: Wild Last Boss season 2 Most interested in that I know nothing about: #2: Romelia Senki (Romelia War Chronicle) Interested in: (Tied for #3)- Nia Liston: The Merciless Maiden (I've read the source material and its neat) (Tied for #3)- I'm Dating a Dark Summoner (I've read the first few chapters of the manga and it's a cultured one that I think is worth it. Been meaning to go back to reading it.) Feel like trying/checking out: - Reincarnated as a Sword season 2 (I think that arc was ok in the manga and novel, but I'm not hyped for it. I might be remembering wrong though, so we'll see. But Fran being cute is always reason enough to at least give it a chance.) - PSYREN (I read a bit of the manga almost 20 years ago. I remember nothing other than the power system being cool.) Movies that come out this fall that I wish I could watch but can't until the official release outside of movie theaters: - Sekiro: No Defeat - Witch of the Holy Knight (adaptation of a TYPEMOON story with connections to Fate/, Tsukihime and Kara no Kyoukai)

AH Brandon Reviews

I'm waiting to find a free spot for the frontier lord one I just don't know when or where it'll happen. Trying though

AH Brandon Reviews

Ya they dropping 3 eps a week might just wait for it to be over and cover it when I got done time

AH Brandon Reviews

World strongest witch is the type of comment that I wanted to see cause I didn't even pay attention to it but now seems like one of the higher requests

AH Brandon Reviews

S1 of magical girl was fun idk if anyone will care about s2 given the gap between seasons gotta see how many actually want that once it starts

Decayed Lulzul

The only one I really care about is Reincarnated as a Sword, but I feel like the odds of that not being already on your list pretty damn low. The cat girl whiplash is real, going from gross failure of a creature Yani Neko to Badass cute hero Fran

Pam Cakes28

A Returner’s Magic Should Be Special Season 2 Nia Liston: The Merciless Maiden Romelia Senki

Xetren

Out of curiosity, how does that work? Seeing how many want it once it starts, I mean. Is there a place where you see what people want, like a Discord or something? Or is another post like this made after the season has begun? Anywho, I'll be hoping for Restart. I'm worried that one might be slept on for the reason you said, it's been so long since the first season. Glad it's back, though!

cvbnfghjjklk

I wonder if the Suikoden anime is going to be any good. No idea. I recently completed the game Suikoden II which I think the anime will adapt. The game was fun.

Matt Barker

I'm excited for that one too. They finally dropped a trailer for it on YT.

Matt Barker

My list is: 1. Full Clearing Another World Under A Goddess with Zero Believers-Don't know why I love the LN so much, but it's up there with some of my favorite LNs (Reincarnated as a Sword, Loner Life, Black Summoner, and Death March to a Parallel World Rapsody) 2. Ria Liston- It looks cool 3. Magical Explorer- I'm picky about the Anime I watch (maybe I just like trash Isakai) and I thought I'd give this a shot

Tobias Reinhold

Leaving out the obvious ones (Sword Dad and Murder Kitty, MaoMao bullies Jinshi, Surprise it's the Last Boss). Stuff I'm probably gonna watch entirely and would be in the mood for reactions would be Nia Liston, Student Council has its holes, aswell as "The Laid-Off Cheat-Granting Mage Enjoys a Second Lease on Life" - main preview for the last one makes me believe it could be similarly funny as Princess Connect ReDive was. Stuff I'm curious about, but don't know how good of a show they'll turn out to be and whether they'll be able to match my vibes, are Romelia Senki, Firefly Wedding and Super Psychic Policeman Chojo. Gonna have a quick look at your previous video again to see which ones you selected among them to make sure. Alright, all of those except the Policeman one you've given a "green" marker, which I think is fair. My actual picks for reactions: Big 3 above, followed by Nia Liston, Student Council, Laid-Off Cheat-Mage, Romelia Senki. Firefly Wedding is one I think I'll just watch on my own without needing reactions, Super Psychic Policeman is likely to not last long for me.

AH Brandon Reviews

theres a big crossover from reddit to YT views/patreon views. if a reddit post gets like 200 karma a week it means 10 people prolly want it for me. seeing if other people cover it and have an audience for it etc. its just math from multiple platforms/requests I get

Ann

fx fighter kurumi-chan please

Without A Net

I did like how Arcane did the three episodes per drop. Especially with how those episodes were written

Quetzalma

Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System technically from last season, but its 2 cour, so technically still Fall Anime. I get your dislike for the visual style, but I still gotta call out the show, thought it was pretty fun. Totally fine either way, go king.

L0ne wolfff

reincarnated as a sword season 2 !!1 we need more curry and jet and fran being bad ass.

L0ne wolfff

"the cat and the dragon" i found very good in art and story and is funny too

Gareth Green

Magic Knight Rayearth (I was thinking of requesting the original), and From Far Away!

AH Brandon Reviews

ill be honest the OG doesnt interest me just visually doesnt do it for me but if the demand is here for the new one im def open for a normal seasonal slot just gotta see what demand is like once it starts!

Espor

Other than the worlds strongest Witch, I mostly trust your taste and that of your other followers. The last seasons didn't leave any wishes open. Even though initially it seemed like there wouldn't be "though I am an inept villainess" someone quickly corrected that xD

groudonvert

The Tale of the Secret Saint and the 0-believer Goddess (sorry, I only know that one that way because the title is crazy long lol). The Secret Saint is an interesting take in reincarnation and saint stuff. 0 Believer Goddess is... huh... an interesting take in the Isekai Genre. The two series are far from being in my top list of series (I dropped them both lol, for the same reason as Reincarnated as a Sword, forgot some stuff and didn't want to read the series from the start to remember them), but they're genuinely good series in my opinion. Also Nia Liston... just because the name is similar Elizabeth Leiston (yeah no real reason lol). Outside of that, I'll be watching A wild last Boss Appeared, Black Clover and probably reincarnated as a sword.

Coping McCoperson

Just finished watching the first two episodes of Magical Explorer. You will love this one

Alan

Just started “The Laid-Off Cheat-Granting Mage Enjoys a Second Lease on Life”. Might be a fun show. Doesn’t take itself too seriously.

FURIOUS The Hip-Hop Sommelier

I really really want this to be covered because Kamachi is so badly underrated. He had the best selling light novels in the middle of the 2010’s! The anime are consistently engaging. I’m so pleased to encounter fellow fans of Taoru! You’re the coolest!

FURIOUS The Hip-Hop Sommelier

I forgot to mention- November 26 on Netflix a show is released called Fool Night. This looks like the show of the year for me. Sunlight has nearly vanished and the poor agree to become plants through transfloration. Personhood as a commodity explored.

ShadowCyberDemon

This one completely flew under my radar when I was looking at livechart "The Vermilion Mask" it's basically a battle Shounen with a Majora's Mask power system. Very intrigued by the first episode which came out today.

Pam Cakes28

Holy hell, if you’re watching Romelia Senki right now, it’s great. Like, it’s the most three guys in a shed anime I’ve ever seen, and if you know anything about the history of military contracts you’ll know what I’m talking about. It was so clearly made by like 3 guys (this is hyperbole but you can tell I’m sure), under such a tight budget, in such a time crunch, but those 3 guys are clearly crazy talented and damn passionate. Like, I tried to look into Studio Atra, and there’s *nothing*. This is their first work, ever, but I have a suspicion they might be like, a breakaway group from some big studio. Just from the brief animation segments and art quality, you can tell they *know* what they are doing. They are legitimately good artists/animators. But at the same time, in episode 1, when she’s looking in the mirror with the dress, if you pause it just before the scene swaps, she’s sticking out her tongue for like 5 frames. This like, might be an *actual* Indie Anime Studio, and not in the Claire Obsura or even Glitch Studios way. It’s like in the Hollow Knight or Indie Cross way. None of the creators I watch have posted anything about it, and that’s a damn shame. I need to find someone who’s talking about it, because it feels like it’s just going to slip under the radar completely and that’s going to break my heart. If Brandon had a 40$ subscription slot open I’d fill it right now just to get him to watch it, I also bet he’d enjoy it story wise too. Having read the parts of the Manga and LN I can find translated, I think he’d enjoy it.
