Well, you can't spell Necromancer without Romancer. And if Fran was a Necromancer she'd be a Necrofrancer. This episode was fire though. Not much else to say. The fights in season 1 were already pretty good, but they definitely stepped it up a tier or 2 here. EDIT: Also not sure if you noticed, but that redhead is the female friend of that flashback guy. She had red hair and scars all over. And the skeleton knight is probably that male friend that had his eye gouged out.

This reminded me so much of those games. Where you send a minion first to active the traps in a dungeon lol. Also is it just me or did not the place where they had their food break. Seemed like a bad idea? Because it not near where they slayed those zombies. Which probably smell so much that I would not be wanna eating food near that🤢

Fran learning about the basics of the Art of War: "Appear strong when you are weak and weak when you are strong." It is very polite of Jean to tell Fran and Teacher about the skill that cancels his advantage.

S1 was pretty goddamn well animated but with these two episodes they definitely upgraded. Although my memory on some fights is not very vivid... Maybe the demon fight from the first few episodes was better but I can't remember so C2C continues to cook... And do I need to say anything about the OST being so goddamn awesome.

I've read the LN and I must say I like the changes that they made to this Arc so far. Stephan originally doesn't appear until after the final battle (although Jean did make contact with him partway through the dungeon, he just didn't tell Fran). They added some good stuff back in Season 1 as well.

There was the Goblin fight in episode 3-4 that I thought was pretty well done.
