Personally, I think he should be in the clear. This time. And Starfire should make it very clear that he's now obligated to finish the job within a certain timeframe. Idk, a few weeks/months? A year? That way he gets some time to freak the f*ck out, and has to explain when he gets back why a super powered orange lady will be bearing his first child.

I just think it would be even funnier if she's not actually pregnant yet, and emphasizes that she's first in line. Plus, depending on the timeframe, this particular scene will happen again, but maybe with a different mood, like a more aggressive/possessive Starfire, with Vagabond probably still feeding off of that. Plus Nightfall would be into it because of duty/responsibility, and that would also be hilarious.
