It BEGINS! Howdy all, this is the first chapter of my new Naruto story Call of the Void. Basically the core concept is the MC is an SI, who shows up there without any system or golden finger and realizes that the technical specs for the summoning jutsu make it rife for abuse for someone like him. Warning, there are many crossover elements, though no actual world hopping as far as I can predict. Hope everyone enjoys. Like all my fanfiction will most likely eventually be NSFW.

It means self insert, but that doesnt necessarily mean the character is anything like me. Most authors use it as shorthand for inserted characters that come from a world similar to real life and have access to metaknowledge.

Okay, this isn't as broken as we would think it is, but it is thinking outside the box, and those are Mc's that I enjoy the most. Nice selection of Bang, being the first summon. Dude's a solid teacher from the manga and the shows while also not one to strike first and talk later. I want to say master Roshi, but dbz ki would destabilize the story for sure with its capability to destroy moons and worlds. This opens such a massive door, can't wait.

Yeah people like that have analogues to Chakra so the summoning cost is higher. Bang is technically just a normal old man. For some values of that term lol. He'll summon more powerful people later as he applies what he learns and grows stronger.

ohh yeah, I figured as much, also I noticed you have sword skills listed any plans to bring the Ultimate Bro over from Demon Slayer, Tengen Uzui because breathing styles would absolutely destroy if you pair it with chakra.
