It was enough. It was actually more than enough, I think, but Zeno played it cool enough that I couldn't confirm that, and it wasn't my money anyway so I just gave it all to him. "So you'll save the girl?" I asked intently. "And protect the kids?"

Back to action we go. Wonder how you will treet the sound four. They were hard fights for genin/chunin fighters but I don't think they would pose much threat to our MC if you stick to their canon showing.

That was a terrible showing on his part, dudes got absolutely no faith and I'm happy his cover got blown. This is Zeno not some upstart two bit jonin from one of these backwater village put some respect on the man's name. Now he's gotta nut up and face the sound four who are invading ninjas that clearly didn't register so their life's forfeit.

Their curse mark forms are annoying. They wont be a problem so much as an inconvenience, but it helps to remember that the sound four are WAY stronger together than apart because they use barrier juts. Their barrier was strong enough to seal Hiruzen and Orochimaru so dont count them out too quick.

Well I don't think it was really that they trapped Hirizen and Orochomaru in than it was that they kept everyone else out. I doubt that Hiruzen had the time to really try to break the barrier with Orochomaru and the First and Second in there attacking him. Jiraiya also wasn't there to deal with the barrier. It's definitely enough to block out Jonin though seeing as all the Jonin teachers and Anbu just sat around outside the barrier.

I do think that he shouldn't have a hard time beating them as they were beaten by Genin on the cusp of Chuunin, but 1v4 is tough and he has someone to protect. I do think that if there's a big enough ruckus people should notice no? This is part of an exam that people are watching.
