Think you misunderstood. He wasnt captured. He blacked out mentally and his body went berserk. The binding didnt successfully hold him, it just destabilized his Black Heaven Art. To be fair, Mui's fire binding is fairly singular in the series in terms of mechanics from what I've been able to find, so there wasnt much reason to expect it. Just a bad power interaction.

the "please dont do this" was punk like but in reality if you read the last few sentences, it put him into the same berserk state as 9 arts dragon. the constant bellyaching about killing is getting a little annoying but also i hope he doesnt get all guilt ridden over something like this. mui is willing to torture and kill karin for some stupid powerup. hes deserves whats coming to him.

He's less worried about killing Mui and more worried about mass slaughtering everyone in Konoha until someone stops him. Mui is asking for it, hed kill him without a second thought. Ryuzetsu he likes a bit so hed feel a little bad about having to end her, neither is the real problem though, he has literally no control in the Black Origin State. But I had fun with the pleading. Because Mui thinks those pleas were for Kais sake, and they were really for everyone else lmao.

Ya, the pleading isnt for mercy or being a bitch. It's that he is worried about how many innocent people hes about to slaughter in a berserk state until the Hokage or Jiraiya stops him. Or Guy or Kakashi. In that state with how much bullshit hes snagged they are the only ones who could stop him non lethally
