Call of the Void chapter 64

When I came to, the first thing I smelled was fire. Well, smoke, really, but the heat was making it clear that flames were involved. I was on my back, pinned with my arms outstretched, and three figures were crouched on top of me, all looking frantic. "Kai!" Hiruzen pleaded.

Hiruzen is probably going to start grilling him about how he knows a random Kusa box is 'cursed'

I mean, the box is very famous. Like I said, its how Kusa ruled the world. But he'll probably just claim he saw it in a dream. Thats part of why he used that excuse for the bloodline to begin with.

Out of curiosity, is the new Hiden his BOS or the flame seal, and why would it involve updating the clan rolls?

The latter. He always had BOS. And they keep track of clan techniques if only to prevent theft.

Excellent chapter. One thing I can't wait to see is if jiraiya and hiruzen have tried doing a version of his summons to see if they can call ppl he can summons themselves. I'm sure they'd love to keep open contracts and contacts with other worlds especially if they can use it as a means to get work for the village in other worlds too. Plus I'm really hoping Kai will be able to having some of his summons just abandoning there old world and joining his clan or just wanting a fresh start

Don’t most villages drop their prisoners with kusa in the blood prison? Or is that dub only stuff

Blood Prison is only kind of Canon, so the other villages mostly have their own prisons.
