Call of the Void chapter 97

We met up the next morning at the front gate. Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Karin, Kakashi, Kuroka, and Tsunade. The latter three were mostly pretty stoic about the whole thing, but the former were all but vibrating with excitement at the chance to leave the village after they landed their promotions.

Hmm, not really interested in him bringing people over permanently.

Its a long term goal, but endgame the powerset was going to need to evolve. How much focus it gets will depend on the reception though.

Eh, you're risking bringing more characters into an already saturated setting. On top of that, you risk bringing in characters that readers don't know, don't care about, or don't like. I already don't particularly care or know about the characters you've already brought in, even if their abilities are interesting.
