This is one of the best office episodes in the whole series. It was also critically acclaimed for the way it tackled homosexuality especially at the time it first aired.

Big Tuna is Jim. The show doesn't go downhill until Steve Carrell leaves the show. Andy is my least favorite character in the show though, by far.
