More Pinkie Pred..? (WIP, Pending Title) (Patreon)

Not something I expected to make, but the urge to start something Pinkie Pred related was very strong, and Twilight is a very chewable pony. Cartoony maw play, maybe digestion with an internal shot? No ETA on this one, since I don't wanna rush, and I have some comms to finish.
