Charlotte, the Inventor (Patreon)

Wanted to introduce Charlotte, an inventor in the city of  Brasswall. Unfortunatly she probably won't be making an appearence in game for a bit since Brasswall will be set in the fourth chapter of the game. For those curious, Brasswall is the city located on the frozen island to the north.Artist: Lunatic 2018
