These look nice, but I think she should have different facial expressions throughout like the other two. Also I must ask, are Saruna and Valorie going to get stage 5 pregnancies like Leah?

Both Valorie and Sanura will eventually reach stage 5 pregnancy. As for the facial expressions, they will change with each pregnancy stage. Since this is stage 1, the facial expression will likely be a bit different with stage 2 and so on.

It might be nice if Sanura's bust grew a bit more than the others in each stage. It's a bit of variation. Valorie could have a bigger but too, but you already have 3 stages of her done
