Known Issues:

There might be a bug that is affecting saves whenever you use the lewd button to acquire affection. I believe I fixed this but if you see any problems, please let me know.

Sometimes when you transfer/load saves, your character name becomes <NONE> (or something similar). Not 100% sure what the fix is, but you can start a new game, re-name your characters and relationships, then load your original save... This will change the names back.

Minor Changes:

Fixed some minor typos and text sizes.

Good evening Citizens,

It's been a very long while since the last update. We're finally complete and finished with Ferry's arc. Overall, I like what we did with the entirety of her story, but there are some tidbits that hasn't been fully explained. I originally wanted to include EVERYTHING into this update, but realized that it was getting too long, too much dialog, and too confusing. I decided it would be better to save the rest of her story for another scene. Logically, I think it will make more sense, but it will be quite a while before we return to Ferry. In hindsight, I feel like there were more things I wanted to add to this update to better explain what is going on, but I just ran out of time. It would have taken too long to go back, completely change old renders, and completely revamp the script if this were the case. I opted to just go with what I have here.

I made edits to quality of life in SL. Lately, people have been complaining about grind, so I decided to drop Ferry's contract from $30k to $20k. I also decided to reduce Waifu Tax (the tax you pay after Saturday's) by about 50% because that number is getting a bit too high. Not exactly a crazy change, but if people are complaining about $$$, then I will go back and make some edits. I think the issue is mostly testing, and my idea of grinding might be different from your idea of grinding.

I also want to mess around with some small stuff for players to spend in-game $$$ outside of Scarlet Contracts. We already have dating, but those scenes actually take a lot of time to work on. My idea is to have girls whose Scarlet Contracts you own appear in your room (maybe at random) at MIDNIGHT and you have these small little XXX things you can do with them that doesn't affect affection, money, etc. Maybe include like a store where you can purchase outfits or mini-sex scenes with the girls. I don't know. Something I've been thinking about lately and maybe I'll make a better effort to include this in the future. I always feel like I want to add these small interactions in the game, but never feel like I have the time since all of it is usually spent on story content. We'll experiment with Ferry for now and see if people like it, but perhaps I'll mess with this in the next update.

Classes have ended for me, and I do plan on going hard on the next update (0.4.2) before the next semester starts. I want at least 50% of the script done by then, but we'll see. It's been difficult motivating myself with so many things going on at the moment. This was a very terrible year for SL, but I do feel like my mental state is a lot better than it was the last few years where I was on the brink of a meltdown. So yeah, shitty year for SL, but my mentals have been very good and I'm definitely energized to work on the next update. Speaking of which, the next update will be more "fun" with Viera. I have a lot of ideas for her, but we'll see how much work I can get done.
