Hello everyone!

Happy to present you the first map of 2021 year and your choice of the first monthly poll. The next poll will be available around 17th and open for you to vote for the following 2 weeks, what themes you would like to see in February.

Astrologer’s Library is a source of knowledge for all that seek the answers. Its’ Patron, the Astrologer, has gathered a number of valuable tomes and scripts regarding mapping the sky, navigation, aspects of time and space, but also predicting the future and reading the stars.

No one has seen the Astrologer for awhile already, some people say that he is still travelling around the world, seeking and gathering knowledge for generations to come, some mention, that he has already passed away, leaving the library unattended.

Strangely enough, the place is well maintained, yet there are no keepers around. Stepping into the building makes you feel, as if the place is alive, resembling very old and wise elder silently looking towards the sky.

This looks amazing! I love the fact that it's something with astrology/astronomy, I've been looking everywhere for maps with that sort of setting.

Ori The Cartographer

Happy to hear that! I try to pursue the ideas that may not be so common and available among maps :)

your work is absolutely stunning, i just became a patron the other day because i was so impressed by the quality of everything! thank you for the amazing art! because you asked for feedback, not because i want to be too critical at all (i don’t have any issue with what youre doing now), one thing that would be nice for me personally is for it to have a more “plain” variation, like with stone or something for the surroundings. im the dm of an underdark campaign & so have to be sort of picky about maps. i’m sure it would be useful for others as well if a part of a map is just dirt/rock/grassy plains. it opens it up a bit for people to customize for other geographic settings without you having to think of every possible version of a location upfront. i realize this could be a fair bit more work so it’s not something that seems necessary for every map since some locations simply *are* very specific on purpose, but something to consider while you’re thinking about possible versions to make? please don’t take this as a complaint though, this is only my perspective, & i love your designs as is. keep up the good work!! ^^

Absolutely, thank you for your excessive feedback! It's really important for me, as I can take into account what to improve and pay attention to in future.

Tanya

I love your maps so much. And this one is gorgeous. Unfortunately, I had to set a limit of only paying for 1 this month. Cause I've already hit one for this month and I don't get paid again until next month....and money ^^' I'll be back to normal when money starts coming back in

Ori The Cartographer

Absolutely Tanya, don't worry about it, it's completely understandable! Thank you for being here with me since very beginning <3
