everythink is ok, i can download and then launch it, it's working like usually

when i click on phone network there is pop up open asking for code what is that code ?? and we cant access the gallery like we do din part 1 game ?

I concur with nero's comment. You can't have picnic with Jeanne because she doesn't appear on the bench in the church garden during daytime. Restarted the game and only did her storyline and nothing else but the problem persisted.
