Should we start taking bets on how long after go-live it takes to get comments telling you that the "orange" color is technically "terra cotta"?

If you are interested, I have 6 1TB SAS drives that may work with your P6 server. It would give you 5TB of storage in a RAID5 for your DB2 instance. FRU 42D0778

I actually already have a ton of 1TB SAS drives, but I appreciate the offer!

Technically, the Pentium III you showed has a P6 microarchitecture, which is the point where Intel started to make the core of their CPUs RISC, and translate to CISC to expose to the software. This was because RISC was getting much faster, and it made sense to build the CPU as RISC under the hood and translate to CISC, instead of building it as CISC directly. So in a way, both of those CPUs are actually RISC CPUs 😅. If you had shown a Pentium II, there would have been no discussion.

clabretro

haha I knew that was gonna be a bad CPU to pull as an example 😂

Another P series! Brings back the memories. Started out on a P5 and stopped using them when the P9 came out.

Did the new faceplate come in?
