Quinn animation ✨ (Patreon)

I had it in my head that I simply MUST see how my boy would move and talk in real time, so naturally I had to make it~

I've attempted animation before and it's notoriously awful lol, but I actually feel like it's turning out successful this time !!! I have 25 frames, and you can see the exact moment I realized I didn't have to redraw every image but instead warp my pre-existing lines and tweak them a bit. So then I had to see if I could make a painted version using the same logic, and voila! I'm only 9 frames into the fully rendered version, but loooook at itttt!!!!!! My boy speaks !!!!!!!

This was a fun project that mostly came about because my wifi was on and off for two days now, so I needed to focus on something that wasn't internet-based lol. I also took photos of my own face doing the mouth movements, which was certainly an experience

Anyway, hopefully I can finish the final version of this soon, but I figured I'd share the process ✨ Enjoy, my darlings <333
