Hello everyone!

It’s been about two weeks since our last update, and we’re excited to share how things are coming along! Moving forward, we’ll likely shift to bi-monthly posts so we can better showcase our progress as we work toward our first release.

Everything is shaping up nicely, and we’re feeling confident about a Q1 launch. 🎉

With that said, we wanted to give everyone a thorough, tangible look at what’s still on the checklist as we head toward the finish line!

To-do:

– Main menu animation (ETA: Unknown)

– Sylvia scene animation (ETA: Should be finished on December 26th)

– Gas Station Interactivity (ETA: Should be finished by end of January)

– Dorm Lobby Amy/Clyde Cinematic Intro (ETA: Should be finished by beginning of January)

– Dorm Room Interactivity (ETA: Should be finished by end of January)

– Voice Acting (ETA: Unknown - I intend to knock the remaining VA work out when all art assets are finished)

As you can see from the list above, the majority of assets are expected to be completed by the end of January, with the remaining items finishing up in February or March.

Once all assets are implemented, we plan to invite community playtesters and close collaborators to help test the demo.

And after that? Pack your bags and grab your passports - Freeuse World will be open for everyone! ✨
