Hello everyone!

It’s been about a month since our last update, and we’ve made a lot of progress in that time. Based on our current schedule, we’re still on track for a March or April release.

The cinematic intro is the only asset expected to take a significant amount of time, but I’m confident it will be finished before April. We already have around 25% of its assets completed.

Beyond that, the remaining work includes implementing functionality, integrating in-game voice acting, and fixing any bugs discovered during the build process for Moving to the Freeuse World.

Anyway make sure to check out Dev Notes #5 to see the original to-do list if you need to catch up on last month's progress!

Here's what left on our current checklist before we begin play testing! :)

To-do:- Dorm Room Interactivity (ETA: January 28th)- David/Clara demo end CG (ETA: January 28th)- Lucy’s Diary: Rated L for Lucy (ETA: Mid to late February)- Cinematic Intro (ETA: Unknown - the cinematic intro team is fully staffed and it's currently our primary objective.)- Voice Acting: (ETA: Early to mid February)

Lucy

Clyde + male NPC

We’ve also hired a composer to create six custom music tracks, which will be completed well before the release date. On top of that, they’re very easy to implement in-game - it’s pretty much plug-and-play.

Here’s a sneak peek at one of the tracks you’ll hear on the radio during David and Clara’s road trip to Bacchus University in Freeuse World!

This piece is more emotional in tone and is meant to establish David and Clara’s relationship as best friends before diving into the chaotic sexiness that is Freeuse World.

The track is inspired by the melancholic, indie style OST of Life Is Strange.
