can now hit enemies and enemies die now. a new wave spawns on eliminating all of them.

I'm not sure how it'll be handled in the actual game, but I like to go on feel as more gameplay is implemented.

I'll be working on skills and enemies attack next, but first I have to redo some movement stuff because collision.

weather update: wtf I still have to turn on the AC and it's almost November...
