Request 1 of 5 - Chizuru (Patreon)

"Chizuru, from rent a girlfriend, has been shrunken down to a couple inches tall. She is stripped naked and she is taped to a table, similar to how the bunny girl in photo shoot was. You can see a giant hand bringing a pencil closer and closer to her with an intent to pleasure her with it. Chizuru has a worried look on her face and is struggling to get free as the pencil comes closer and closer to her."
