Loved this! Explained the past few months of progress very well in my opinion, the only thing i wondered was how noticable the mesh textures being lower detail the further away you are will actually be visible to the human eye? Since the only part that was shown was the visual example with dark tiles.

I dont think you'll notice it at all in game, since the change only happens far away from you and will be obscured by underwater fog, creatures and plants :)
