Assimilator of Chaos will be going to Royal Road most likely some time in the next week.

Here is the commissioned cover from Kart Studio and germancreative:

And here is the synopsis:

What would you do if your entire world were turned on its head?

A Primordial System buzzing in everyone’s heads, displaying strange screens and other displays in their visions.

Being thrown into a tutorial before entering your first System Event broadcast across the universe.

Returning back to your home after the System Event to realize that it’s been filled with monsters.

And learning that the abilities every human being has – abilities that have led to the current structure of society – are nothing but the root of their skill trees. The very first skill in their skill tree out of many.

Well, Ashley doesn’t know. She doesn’t remember anything other than some common knowledge from before waking up at the start of the tutorial.

So why should this change anything for her?

Other than her finding out about the blood bestowed upon her by a certain primordial and her own skill tree.

One with just a single skill.

A skill to unlock the skill trees of those she kills.

To assimilate.

And now, click here for chapters 1 through 10. The chapter length is similar to the chapter length in Crimson Eternal. Please comment on this post how you felt about the story! I really want some feedback!

How much more of wolf of the blood moon is there left?

WolfWrites

Probably about 3/4ths to 4/5ths of a book left.

Vaporizer312

In Chapter 7, the hound Ashley wounds is the one shown using dark bite. The wounded hound takles a guy then the 2nd hound attacks using the dark bite skill. I am confused if both have dark bite or a goof occurred. But it's a great story!

WolfWrites

I went and checked and by the looks of it, you misread it somehow. There is only one hound with dark bite stated in the battle and it's the one that bites the guy's hand before dragging him off of the platform.

Vaporizer312

Yes but the uninjured hound was introduced as without a skill, which doesn't match later writing

WolfWrites

I strongly feel you misread that scene. There were three hounds. One with Fire Bite on the other side of the platform. One with Dark Bite and one with an unknown skill on the side Ashley went to. Ashley rushed in and scratched the one with the unknown skill before one of the construction workers finishes that one off. Then the one with Dark Bite rushes in and bites the construction worker with Energy Blade. Ashley rushes forwards, stabs her knife between the dog's jaws and the guy's hand, and the hound falls off the platform with the construction worker. Nothing wrong or inconsistent there. I even reread it twice to make sure.

Tyler MachadoDarth Bane

Cool. Not enough females for these assimilation of skill stories. Could be interesting.

Vaporizer312

Ah yeah, I got confused about which one she injured. Sorry! And thanks for the quick response

Gaxlii

I thoroughly enjoyed the story. As far as the content goes. The only real gripe I have is the pips for health, mana, and chaos energy. Would it be possible for it to be kept the same, (for setting reasons), and add like 10/10 for the readers? I like the idea thematically, but it's hard to keep up with while reading. This just may be a personal thing. Either of way, love the new story. Already wish there was more!

Dennis Bigelow

I like this story. Hope to see more soon

Briar Rosier

1. I love that the MC is nonverbal (or close to it). So rare to see it. Especially for an MC. 2. You have a habit of the character guessing the correct answer/reason for something with little information otherwise given (like at the beginning when she guessed that she was in a coma for about a year, which is way too accurate for a guess, since she doesn’t remember anything before, and there are several reasons she could have muscular atrophy. If she guessed she was in a coma for simply “a while” that would be more believable, imo) 3. I think primordial of judgement should be changed to primordial of order. The others have their own opposites (besides time and the other one I can’t remember the the domain of), and judgement is also a bit subjective (going to ignore the sins and virtues), and also kinda narrow. Order can encompass judgment since punishing/jailing can be considered as maintaining/enforcing order.

Stephen

Seems like a fun premise to run with and is definitely an interesting start. I can’t wait to see where you go with this

Itsigu

Looks like it has the chance to be a great story, thanks for sharing it with us.

Purified D2

I’m liking the story so far, looking forward to more chapters

WolfWrites

Although, if it helps, I already have a couple bonus chapters planned for after the story ends. Even if they won't be released for a while.

Detruejedi

I liked this story. Looking forward to reading future chapters

RedWolf17

The story looks quite good so far, I like how the assimilation system is powerful due to its potential and versatility compared to just blindly taking everything from an opponent so she will not become too op too quickly. I do wonder if she kills a user who already unlocked some skills if she also gets those skills unlocked or just the root skill

KramZe

I like the story so far. I like you are using female leads instead of all those male leads. I just wish you would be abit diverse in the characters. Looking at all your stories. Blood Wolf, Reaper, Crimson all of them is lone wolves and reading these 10 chapters I thought isn't this story abit of a combination of all 3? Im talking about the personalities. All apathetic and (for now) doesn't have any driving force for life itself. She sounds like a victim of bullying that had a meeting with truck-kun and got comatosed. The universe seems huge, like in Crimson, which Im looking forward how your going to spin it with the different 'Primordials'. I raised a questionmark at the end of the story when you wrote about her assimilate of the gargoyle. Did she lose the wolf skill or didn't she? sounded like she could only have like skills from 5 different? or is this just me assuming something? I hope that isn't the case though. It would make her abit weak and she has to hunt for skills knowing which creatures (monsters and people) to hunt.

J. D

A very nice beginning

Dillsimmons

I like this, the broadcasts are an interesting twist this time around.

SkyGaming224

At the end of Chapter 9 she levels up to lvl. 2 but her status screen directly after that still says lvl. 1 The Story itself could be interesting but you still have the problem that all your Main Characters feel largely the same

MehGyver

Lots of potential in the concept, and I'm looking forward to reading more as you develop this further. My only item of feedback was already covered by SkyGaming224, so nothing more for me to add.

Quentin Cozzi

I really like this story so far! Can’t wait for WOTBM to end so this can start up!

WolfWrites

Should've been clear that she only deleted that Skill Tree to make sure she could delete Skill Trees if she wanted to. She can have as many as she wants. And my MCs being similar will never change. They're all based on me after all, so in my opinion, that's not a problem.

WolfWrites

The first is fixed, the second isn't an issue. Since all of my MCs are largely based on myself. And that'll never change.

Douglas

Looks like a good start to the story and I like the concept of assimilating skills, but one minor thing that is bothering me is that ashley kind of just looks like sapphire from rise of the winter wolf with Scarlets color scheme form wolf of the blood moon and with wings added so I just think she needs something to make her more distinct then your other characters

sebas

The story so far is really good. I like emotional cold MCs without romances the best, but I wonder if she still needs a flying skill for her wings or if she gets a skill by learning to fly, or if it can be done without.

Bhalu

I like the story so far, but I have a question, Does Ashley unlock all the skills unlocked by the user she killed or just the root skill.

WolfWrites

It was stated quite a few times in the story and shown pretty clearly that it's just the root skill that she unlocks upon unlocking the Skill Tree. She has to spend Skill Points to unlock the rest of the skills in each tree.

Conner Wright

Looks like it'll be a great story

W4ff1e

I like it, but personally would prefer longer chapters!

WolfWrites

These are some of the longest chapters I've written for a story .-. There is absolutely no way I'm writing longer chapters. They're already longer than my normal chapters by a large margin, and I prefer shorter chapters.

W4ff1e

I meant for CE, idk why I got so confused in my own head about this... Im just now starting this story. Its actually pretty good but im only like 3 paragraphs in :)

WolfWrites

CE chapters are still far longer on average than my other stories :/ I like short chapters and I will keep writing short chapters. Sorry, but that's not changing.

W4ff1e

Thats cool! They are longer than WotBM, I like your books a lot so please continue writing however you see fit. 😀

Molly Hopkins

I like the story so far and excited to read more when you are able to work more on this story. Thank you!

Dawn cat

Love the story can't wait for more

BERGUE Jules

Love the story so far, thank you for sharing it with us. 🙂 I think I saw an inconsistency for the skill prices : in chapter 8 she says the first skills of the energy tree cost 5 points, then at the end of chapter 9 she says she can only purchase à single skill with her current 140 points.

WolfWrites

That would be because I changed the price at one point in the story from five to a hundred for the first skill. It's fixed now.

Rad

Interesting story, would totally read.

Christian

Love the story excited for more

Zuuuuuri

Love the ability and the story itself definitely going to keep reading

Some Jerk

Really like the story, and look forward to more story... and especially more story ART! I can't help but suggest that you check out a book called Siphon, by Jay Boyce, simply because of certain parallels... despite the wide difference in plotlines.

Pam Cakes28

I’d really like if Ashley didn’t actually have any qualms about killing innocent people. For all of your 3 most recent stories, it’s felt like it was just the same person with a different coat of paint in the form of skills. Additionally, I’d really like to see you write someone who just really isn’t a “good” person. I’m not saying they’d go out of their way to kill innocent people for fun, but if the benefits outway the risks, I’d really like to see Ashley just go ahead and do it.

Hadi Graninge 15

Ok that’s a good story and I’ve read some of your other books and like it keep up the good work 👍🏼😉

Erelorial

Awesome start! She's cool. Love her look. The mystery that is her past. And of course the skills! Chaos! Can't wait for more!

Ricco Goldsboro

I can't seem to be able to read assimilator it keeps rejecting any suggestions on how to get it to work

Ricco Goldsboro

Never mind figured out what was wrong by the way I love your books

Shar Scott

Your google docs does not work

Zed

very nice
