Let's just say that there is a reason why the Primordial of Sin really doesn't like Chaos and tries to avoid him unless they're at a meeting of the Primordials.

Most likely the reason is due to the UM fight and this mini boss are two very different types of difficult

For one, Ashley is almost 50 levels beneath this mini boss. For two, no one ever said she expected Ashley to lose. You're just jumping to that conclusion. All she thought was that she wondered how she would do against it, not if she would win. That could easily mean how easily she would beat it or if she would do it with a bit of difficulty or a lot of difficulty.
