Within the Spectator Stadium
“And the winner of the battle of the royals iiiiiiisssss Ashleeeeeeeyyyyy!!!!” Tia roars, her voice echoing amongst the cheers of the audience the moment the prince dies. Marking the end of the battle between the Prince of Thunder Mountain and the Princess of Chaos. “Now the Princess claims her spoils!”
Tia can’t stop herself from bouncing back and forth despite being midair and in front of trillions of viewers. Simply out of sheer excitement.
Especially when she sees Ashley’s Potential Skills skyrocketing by thousands of skills when she no doubt copies his Skill Tree.
Beyond the significant benefits being the MC of Ashley’s first Lifestyle Competition event will bring her, Tia admits wholeheartedly that she is a genuine fan of Ashley.
Of course, those benefits don’t hurt her fangirling.
“It looks like Ashley is planning on heading to a different location now that her battle with the prince is over!” Tia continues her commentary as the audience refuses to calm down. “And I don’t blame her. All the other hunters stole the fish that was in the area. And Princess Diana stole that fish from them. Or in her words, ‘borrowed’ it.”
Tia makes sure to curl her index and middle fingers twice to emphasize the word ‘borrowed’, making the audience break out into laughter.
“Speaking of Princess Diana, let’s see where she’s run off to while Ashley begins moving!” Tia says before creating a second main screen next to Ashley’s. With said second screen showing Diana as the princess hums to herself while stealing fish from another player.
“And it looks like Princess Diana is just ‘borrowing’ more fish,” Tia adds, barely holding back her laughter in the process. “She seems to be enjoying it too.”
Tia continues watching Diana’s little hunter hunt for fish for a while before blinking as she realizes something looking back and forth between Diana and Ashley’s screens.
“Is it just me, or are the two princesses both heading towards the same ocean?” Tia asks, her words briefly making the audience grow quieter.
But only briefly, as the audience erupts in noise when everyone begins to notice it themselves. Confirming her words.
“Yeah, it looks like both the Tigress of Eternal Snow and Princess Diana are heading towards the Shock Ocean,” Tia continues with a grin stretching across her face. “Will they meet there? Or will Diana continue her ‘borrowing’?!”
More laughter fills the audience.
“Still, it makes sense that Ashley would go to the Shock Ocean now,” Tia says, growing a bit more serious with her commentary now. “Ashley should’ve just obtained the Skill Tree of the Thunder Mountain royal family. She must want to test it out in the Shock Ocean.”
Tia would do the same thing if she were in her situation.
While the royal family Skill Trees aren’t as powerful as a Unique Skill Tree, they are still some of the most powerful Skill Trees in the universe. So Ashley should now have one of the best lightning magic and electricity based Skill Trees in the universe. Aside from the Lord of Thunder Unique Monster’s Skill Tree.
Of course, along the way, Ashley gathers fish that appear on her path. Using her clones once again to fish as another clone sails the ship.
All while Ashley herself lies back down on her chair. Just looking up at the sky as the tiger cub named Leo hops up and down on Ashley’s stomach. Clearly enjoying himself.
Tia chuckles at the sight before turning her attention back to Diana during the princess’ little stealing spree.

Ashley
Hmm. Well, this is a very interesting set of skills.
The Skill Tree I got from the Thunder Mountain Prince guy has three branches to start with. The branch on the left seems to focus on direct damage dealing skills, while the branch on the right focuses on defensive skills, and the center branch focuses on movement skills.
What I find really nice about the center branch, though, is that the first skill in it lets me use accumulated lightning in my body to increase my reaction speed and general speed. Using the lightning like a charge for my body in a way.
And it doesn’t cost a massive amount of Skill Points either. Probably because it’s one of the first skills in a Skill Tree consisting of over four thousand skills. Unlike the Unique Skill Trees that only have one hundred skills.
Overall, I’d say these royal Skill Trees are probably more versatile than the Unique Skill Trees. Simply because the Unique Skill Trees only have one hundred incredibly expensive yet incredibly powerful skills. Meanwhile the royal Skill Trees have thousands of strong but cheap and versatile skills.
It’s a bit of a mix.
But unlike them, I can do both. So that’s nice.
A smile spreads across my face as I purchase the movement skill.
{Charged Reflexes – Allows the user to charge up lightning and electricity in their bodies and use it to supercharge their reflexes. Allowing them to move up to the speed of electricity depending on how much electricity is used. However, the larger the user’s size, the more electricity it costs to supercharge the user’s reflexes.}
That also explains why the prince wasn’t using that skill against me. Or at least, not to its full potential.
The prince is a giant, after all. So he would need a massive amount more electricity than someone my size would need.
Several times more at the very least.
Actually, this skill would explain how a giant of his size was moving faster than a normal human. Or normal sized person, I mean. Since he’s not a human.
It really was weird to see a giant moving that quickly.
What’s ironic is that this skill will likely be more useful for me than him. Since I’m a lot smaller than him.
As for the defensive and offensive skills that I can buy?
The offensive one just grants a skill to fire off a railgun of electricity in a single direct line, while the defensive one lets me make a dome of electricity. So I go ahead and purchase both of those as well, simply because they’re far cheaper than any skill in a Unique Skill Tree could ever hope to be.
And they give me some easy electricity centered attacks and defenses to use without having to master lightning magic just yet.
Overall, this is definitely the best non-Unique Skill Tree that I’ve ever obtained.
So that’s very nice.
I can’t help but smile at that thought as I continue moving through the Water Ocean towards the Shock Ocean. Dragging a trail of ice and snow along the way thanks to my magic practice. Since I spend the time training both lightning magic and ice magic.
And when I arrive at the Shock Ocean, I find all of the lightning and electricity filling the ocean and the clouds above it being drawn towards me. Filling my body entirely and making me a walking battery in a way.
All while snow continues to fall around my ship. Making for a rather bizarre sight.
After I enter the Shock Ocean, I stop practicing my ice magic, making the snow trickle down around me. Then I focus on the lightning magic more as I lock onto the different life sources I sense in the ocean.
And without hesitation, I try out the new offensive skill to fire off a railgun directly into the water at the life sources I sense. Shooting holes straight through the fish one after another. Following which the fish rise to the surface of the electricity-filled waters.
Not half bad.
I test out the skill several more times before doing basic lightning magic to attack the rest of the fish around.
It’s not quite as effective here, simply because these fish live in a lightning-filled ocean. But it’s still useful when I attack them with powerful piercing attacks like the railgun.
What’ll be more useful is when I try lightning magic on other hunters.
So I begin searching for hunters to hunt.
Let’s see how much fish I can take from others.
