Aqua
As it turns out, they don’t differ much from the previous monsters aside from their level. With their level being high enough that I actually have to join the fight personally.
Although things do work out a bit better for me simply due to the much larger area allowing me to summon larger abyssal servants.
Anyway, I gradually tear apart the monsters one after another with my army of abyssal servants. After which a large rift opens on the bottom of the chamber. One that drains all of the water and everything else into it. Myself and my abyssal servants included.
After I get sent through the rift, I find myself along with my abyssal servants in a seemingly endless sea of water with an enormous temple at the bottom of it. No doubt the temple I was just sent out of.
And there are numerous large monsters swimming around above the temple.
Monsters that immediately rush towards me and the abyssal servants.
I have my abyssal servants clash with the monsters before transforming myself with Abyssal Transformation. Turning into an Abyssal Kraken. Albeit one that is only several meters long rather than the actual Abyssal Kraken whose mere tentacle’s tip is larger.
Then I rush out to begin killing the monsters alongside my abyssal servants. And the further away from the temple I get, the higher level the monsters are. Until they begin to reach a level that actually has me struggling.
Specifically, when the monsters begin to reach nearly level eight hundred.
But even if I struggle to kill them, they’re struggling just as hard to kill me thanks to my regeneration.
And if there’s one thing I’ve figured out over time about my transformed state, it’s that my regeneration is even higher when I’m in this form than my regular form.
Most transformed states for Bloodliners increase their physical strength by an enormous amount. But, while my transformation does increase my physical strength, the biggest difference is in my regeneration.
My regeneration speed is at least one and a half times faster in this form than normal.
At my level, my regeneration speed is almost a thousand times faster than a normal person. So this regeneration boost makes it almost one thousand five hundred times faster than a regular human.
With this, a wound that would normally take a human a month to regenerate would only take a little less than half an hour to fully recover from. So I heal from smaller gashes and cuts within seconds. The ones that would take a human a few days to heal from.
I continue to fight against the monsters with my abyssal servants fighting alongside me for nearly an hour before I finally begin to run low on mana. But even when I return to the temple and find an entrance to hide in, none of my wounds are very major. And the monsters outside are far too large to fit inside.
Technically I would be too large in my transformed state to fit inside, but I manage to do so anyway thanks to how… amorphous? I’m not quite sure if that’s the word, but krakens can be rather malleable.
It’s something I learned after trying it out upon seeing a squid monster being just as malleable.
Although I’m not quite sure how this is working when I have scales.
Not that it matters. Especially after my transformation ends on its own from my mana completely running out.
Which also reduces the speed of my regeneration, but that’s fine. Even when I return to my humanoid form again, the worst I have are a couple fractures.
I take the time inside of this small little crevasse in the temple to recover my mana while looking at the System Messages flooding my vision. Of which there are a lot, since I’ve been putting them all off for a while now.

And I finally got to the next skill. The one for level 750.
I can’t help but smile before opening my list of skills again.
It’s been a little bit since I last got a new skill.

[END SKILLS]
I blink at the skill’s description in surprise.
A berserk skill?
That’s unexpected, but not unwelcome.
Berserk skills tend to be rather powerful. Which makes sense, since the user often loses control while using it. Some berserk skills flood the user with anger, others sorrow, and others straight up make the user go insane during its use. And it takes a lot of willpower to handle the negative mental effects of a berserk skill.
So there aren’t very many people who like to use them. Especially when more people who try using them than not end up losing their minds or dying due to a mistake made thanks to the skill’s effects.
As for how a skill like this will affect me? I’m not sure.
Unlike most people with berserk skills, I have the MEN stat giving me a boost against things that affect my mind. So I will probably be resistant towards it.
The question at hand is just how powerful is the negative effect from a Bloodliner skill, and is it enough to break through my MEN stat.
I don’t have any mana left right now to test it out, but it could easily be a very useful skill depending on the result. So I’ll just rest for a while.
Then I can try it out after leaving this crevasse.
