Within the Main Hive

Kch’trl, the Royal Guard of the Queen of the Hive and one of the few Successors of Void, instantly goes alert when he senses a powerful object appearing on their planet not far from the Main Hive. And the moment he does, all of the members of the hive around him, including the Queen of the Hive, turns alert as well. Then they rush out to find a strange crystal appearing out of nowhere right outside of their Main Hive while leaving the Queen behind in the Egg Chamber with numerous guards.

Danger. Immense danger. Remove immediately.

Kch’trl raises his hand and begins to emit an enormous amount of void energy in order to erase the threat appearing in front of him despite not knowing what it is. Only for said threat to suddenly flare with chaos energy once. Then twice.

And the third time it flares with chaos energy, a large Gate opens up. One that sends a chill down the spines of all the members of the hive nearby.

The Gate itself is a unique looking Gate with a crimson and black border. It’s emitting so much energy that even Kch’trl, a high level S Class user and Successor of the Primordial of Void, feels intimidated just from standing in front of it.

However, nothing intimidates him more than seeing the label shown on the Gate by the System.

♢ Class S Gate: The Halls of Chaos – Recommended level: ????? ♢

Class S Unique Domain. Danger. Threat imminent. Must erase threat. Must protect the queen.

“Protect the Queen,” Kch’trl declares, his cold and detached voice echoing throughout the area at the entrance of the Main Hive without any of the disjointed speech his thoughts have. “Bring the elite forces out. The maximum number that can enter a Gate at once.”

After speaking his orders, the Royal Guard stands firm in front of the terrifying Gate as his thoughts go a million miles an hour.

Chaos Unique Boss. Nyx targeted Chaos Successor. Possible revenge attack? Guaranteed revenge attack. Survival chance low. Evacuation necessary.

He waits for a few minutes before the elites arrive before ordering, “Begin evacuation procedures and move everything out of the Main Hive. Protect the Queen and bring her to Beta.” Then he narrows his eyes and announces, “Elites, enter the Gate.”

And without any hesitation, he and the elites all enter the Unique Domain no doubt created by the Primordial of Chaos as revenge. Bringing his entire species’ leadership into the feud between Primordials.

The moment he steps inside, he finds himself in a simple hallway with the other elites. One with glowing crimson lines streaked across black walls, a black carpet floor with crimson lining on the edges, and a ceiling so dark it hurts to look at.

However, he doesn’t see even a single monster inside of the hallway. So he begins marching through the hall with his elites until he arrives at a crossroads.

After a brief pause, he orders one of the elites to enter one of the branches at the crossroads. But the elite vanishes the moment it steps into the hallway. Then all of them find themselves appearing on a wasteland of ice, flames, water, and electricity. With all of the elements mixed, yet none of them clashing with each other.

The fire doesn’t melt the ice, the water doesn’t put out the fire, the electricity doesn’t conduct onto the water, and the ice and electricity simply ignore each other even when the ice is struck by lightning, causing no damage.

On top of it all, the Royal Guard doesn’t sense any energy related to these elements.

It’s all created from the same energy.

Chaos energy.

Moments later, monsters of all sorts begin to appear. Some of which look like regular monsters they would see in Domains, while others look like strange amalgamations of monsters. Some have mixed parts from two different species, other seem to have mixed parts from dozens of different species.

He even sees monsters that aren’t even capable of surviving and are just dying merely from existing. Clearly proving just how chaotic the Unique Domain of the chaos element is.

And they all immediately rush towards them to attack.

Yet he doesn’t see any System Message about a mission for the Unique Domain yet.

“Begin the Domain Assault,” the Royal Guard declares before pushing forwards to attack, leading the other elite members of the hive behind him.
