I go ahead and test out the black fog a little bit, experimenting with spreading it around, controlling it to make more direct and precise attacks, and even using it to grab things. And after doing that for a few minutes until I feel comfortable using it in battle, I finally turn my attention towards my reward for clearing the Unique Domain.

Tears of the Void Goddess – A pair of earrings made out of pitch black gems that serve as the symbol of the Void Goddess herself. The newest Unique Being of the universe. While wearing these earrings, the Void Goddess and all she has equipped on her is completely immune to all void affinity magic, and all void affinity magic the queen casts shall be doubled in power with half of the mana cost. The earrings themselves are made of the scales, claws, and magical core of the previous Void God of whom the Void Goddess has usurped the godhood from.

As the user with all of the contribution put forth towards completing the Unique Quest, you shall be given two bonus rewards.

The following are your rewards:

Void God’s Heart – A special material that may be combined with any item to improve the item and grant it additional void properties even greater than the original properties of the item.

Serrated Dagger of the Void Goddess – A special ceremonial dagger used to tear a rift into the void and summon forth an army of void creatures to fight under the banner of the Void Goddess. Those summoned by the dagger will only stay for one hour, and the number summoned is dependent on the amount of void mana used in the summoning.

Ring of Void Dominion – A ring that grants the user the passive skill Void Dominion, which makes all void creatures of the same Class or lower as the user completely passive and unwilling to attack the user.

Charm of the Void God – A special bracelet that grants the user absolute immunity to all mental attacks targeting the user with the exception of True Damage mental attacks.

The Unique Domain will begin falling apart in one hour upon claiming these rewards, and all users within it will be teleported out of the Unique Domain at that time.

Should the user leave the Unique Domain before the hour ends, the Unique Domain will fall apart upon their departure.

Congratulations on successfully slaying another Unique Monster within its own Domain, Void Goddess.

Oh, wow. Those are some nice rewards.

Although the whole issue of the quest name being so messed up is… kinda odd. But whatever.

That last item, the Charm of the Void God, looks incredibly good. The rest of them are also great, but they’re pretty much copies of the items I got from the King of Destruction. Some items of which I gave away to Blake since they weren’t the most useful to me and I thought he’d need them more.

Like the horn which summoned destruction monsters to aid me.

As for the Ring of the Survivor? That one is completely useless to me at this point since it restricts it to only escaping regular Domains. Not Unique Domains.

And the only Domains I would ever need to run away from are Unique Domains.

Although, with this new Unique Skill Tree added onto my list, I’m not quite sure if I’ll ever have to run away again.

Especially since it got rid of one of my greatest weaknesses.

Mental attacks.

Anyway, I go ahead and pierce my ears before putting the earrings on, then I test out my void magic a bit to see how strong it is with the earrings. After that, I merge the Void God’s Heart with my Crown of the Queen of Destruction.

Since it’s kind of useless to use on the Armaments of Destruction when the Crown and Tears both make all of my equipment completely immune to their respective affinities.

I narrow my eyes at the Crown as it absorbs the pitch black gem that was the Void God’s Heart and ends up looking even darker than before. With hints of black fog being released by the crown itself.

When I look at the new description of the Crown, I feel sufficiently satisfied at the sight of it having pretty much the same effect as the Tears of the Void God.

I go ahead and run some tests again to see if the effects stack with the earrings, and it seems that most of them do stack.

My void magic is a lot stronger again with the decrease in mana cost being the only thing that didn’t stack perfectly. Specifically, it did stack, but the mana cost didn’t decrease as much.

Instead of halving, it decreased by around a fifth or so this time.

Still, with these two items, my void mana usage is extremely efficient.

Which is all that matters.

Anyway, the earrings are pretty cool in another way as well. They look like pitch black jewels giving off an eerie black light along with black fog. And yet, they seem to be able to appear and vanish with but a thought so as to not look conspicuous.

Well, that and to not bother me with black fog radiating from my ears all the time.

That sounds a little annoying just thinking about it.

I go ahead and make the earrings disappear while equipping the Charm of the Void God and the rings. Then I look around the Unique Domain one last time before leaving. Only to immediately get a message from the System.
