Are we on team Yen, Triss, or Other?

What I found most captivating about The Witcher 3 (which was my first step into the Witcher series) were the sorceresses. I have to admit my controversial opinion of actually not being super crazy about Geralt! I think the game SINGS with the sorceress characters, and honestly I just really wanted to play as one with the other ladies (and Ciri too of course, my beloved) so we could all be beautiful and badass together haha.

I really enjoyed tackling this and the previous Yen piece back to back as I wanted to depict the contrast in Geralt's relationship with each. With Yennefer it's broody and sexy and mysterious (maybe quite a bit of lust thrown in), but with Triss it's softer and warmer and more peaceful, maybe a bit tender.

I say all this as a major Yennefer lover!

I've thought about also doing a Keira piece to match the others as she is one of my favorite characters in the game, but I'm not sure how popular she is with everyone else...

I'm going to try a new playthrough soon with the mod that lets you play as a sorceress so I can live out my fantasy haha.

I've never played the games (yet) but I've read the first three books, and honestly the way Geralt talks about Yen is really something despite all the other relationships he has. Great artwork, makes me want to check out the game!

I love all of this please and thank you 😍 My intro to The Witcher was my husband playing W3, actually. I had no interest in playing but instead read all the books 😂 I stopped watching the show after they yeeted Henry Cavill (obviously) and I am SO STOKED to play as Ciri in Witcher 4!!!

Their magnetism with eachother is very cool, and I love all of the drama. Thank you! I definitely recommend it, though I will admit I didn't really vibe with the novels so I can't speak to how well represented they are!

Awh thank you!!! The gameplay in TW3 is torture to me to be completely honest haha. I really liked the combat in the first game but apparently I'm a weirdo for that. And yeah, me too on the show. I am SO FREAKING EXCITED to play as Ciri, I seriously teared up when the first trailer dropped. I really thought we may never get to play as a female character in that series, so it was quite a shock. I loved how they handled fem V in CP2077 so I am confident it's gonna be amazing.

The novels are kinda weird, ngl!!! Okay, one little tidbit that I LOVE about Dandelion in one of the books was how he roasted Geralt for relying too much on Yen’s ability to read his mind. He was like “Are you scared you'll have to actually say what you want out loud if you were with anyone else?” and I loved his sass in that so much. 🫶🏻

I'm loving this series! I love the idea of a Keira piece. Maybe you could do one with Shani, too? I've loved her without moderation since the first game came out!

I liked the combat I'm the first one, too! The different stances really sold the balletic influences of the combat. My grouchy old cat loved that he could get lots of pets while I played the game with the other hand, haha.

Ahhhhh this is lovely! The choice of colour really compliments how you describe their relationship. Okay so my introduction into the Witcher world was Witcher 3 as well. I did not like Yennefer at first and preferred Triss. I tried to romance them both and well, that didn't work out. Then, I played the other 2 games and read all of the books. After the books, I now understand why Yen and Geralt are meant for each other. SO, I will be teams Triss and Yennefer!

Haven't not consumed much in terms of Witcher 3, I'm just happy to see Geralt :3 but I do wonder if there are any men Geralt has a relationship with? I shall have to do research on this (and maybe play the game...)

Ooh I love this! I'm a Yen stan but Triss definitely keeps Geralt on his toes. Plus fellow redhead solidarity 😆 I love the warm yellow lighting - this looks like it could be in a bathhouse 😍

Wow this is so beautiful, may be controversial but I always preferred Triss to Yennifer, I think it must be the red hair!

I really liked Keira with Lambert, she seems to like his scepticism and boyish pricklyness, and he seems to like her playful childishness. Personally I liked Eskel the most out of the Witchers, he's a different kind of awkward and goofy to Geralt.

I alway preferred Triss, I think she’s good for him, the red hair and the freckles do make me weak too

That is a delicious piece, Triss does have a charm on me. I know Yen is the canon but I'm glad both options are there. I really need to play the Witcher 3
